One Week Old

I can't believe it's already been a week! I have to include a quote from Charlotte in here...she was looking at her sister this morning before we left for church and told me that Caroline is "an angel mommy, so magic"! So, here's what our angel has been up to this past week!

She sleeps pretty well so far, in fact, I wish she would spend a little more time awake! We've gotten one two hour awake stretch from her, but that's been it so far. She pretty much sleeps, wakes up, eats, and goes right back to sleep. At night, she usually wakes up twice to eat and that's it! I know it won't last, but I certainly don't mind it now!!

She eats pretty well, but we're still working on that as well. She can only handle one side at a time right now, so I'm having to pump a lot, which is a little annoying, but the freezer full of frozen milk might come in handy some day, right?

She is a very active dreamer and makes the funniest noises! This morning in church it sounded like she was purring like a cat.

She gets the hiccups a lot and has already almost outgrown two of her smallest outfits.

She always turns to look at Timothy when he talks to her. She is one well-loved little sister!

We go for her two week check up on March 10th, so I'll post all her stats after that!! So far we are just enjoying every cuddle and snuggle knowing that they don't last forever!!
