We Have Proof!

So in all the excitement of Timothy's birthday and guests coming to visit and then daddy leaving for a week, I forgot to blog about what happened at my doctor's visit. I went in and it was a normal check up and she was going over the results of my last ultrasound with me and she noticed that it said the sex of the baby was unknown so she asked if we wanted to find out or not and I told her yes, the tech just couldn't get a good shot to make a call either way so we settled on it's probably a girl...so she asked if I would mind if she just ran and got the machine and we did another ultrasound right then and there. Of course I didn't object!! So she got on there and found the right spot and of course the baby wasn't completely cooperating, but she was finally able to maneuver things around and confirm that we are, indeed, having a girl. So it's official, we will have a pink nursery and little Charlotte already has a closet full of cute little pink clothes. I'm so excited, I can't wait to go shopping. A friend of mine that works at Gymboree gave me a bunch of coupons for a big sale they're having in a few weeks so I can't wait to stock up and summer clothes for next year.

So our next big project is to being fixing up the house...we went Saturday and figured up how much it's going to cost to replace the trim all around the house and the doors. That's the first major hurdle and then we have to start painting Timothy's room so he can move into his "big boy room". I'm so excited to get started! Anyway, just wanted to share our news!
